Steps

Step 1 – Open the Yard Sign Golden Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate the Yard Sign Golden Product in your product list.
  3. Open the product.
  4. Select Configure Pricing.
Step 2 – Review the Grid Pricing Structure
  1. Locate the Grid Pricing section.
  2. Review the quantity break pricing table.
  3. Notice that rows represent quantities.
  4. Notice that columns represent yard sign sizes.
  5. Enable Show Cost Column if you want to display cost values alongside selling prices.

This product uses a 2D Grid Interface, functioning similarly to a mini spreadsheet where pricing is determined by:

  • Quantity Ordered
  • Sign Size
Step 3 – Export and Update Grid Pricing
  1. Click Export Grid.
  2. Open the exported CSV file in Excel.
  3. Update pricing and cost information as needed.
  4. Save the CSV file.
  5. Return to shopVOX.
  6. Import the updated CSV file back into the product.

This method is especially useful when updating large pricing tables, as it is significantly faster than editing individual cells manually.

Step 4 – Configure Step Stake Options
  1. Navigate to the Step Stakes section.
  2. Review the existing stake options.
  3. Edit the current option if desired.
  4. Rename the option to match your terminology (such as H-Stake).
  5. Add additional support options when necessary.

Examples may include:

  • Step Stakes
  • H-Stakes
  • Posts
  • Premium Support Hardware

These options allow additional hardware charges to be included during quoting.

Step 5 – Configure Double-Sided Printing
  1. Navigate to the Double-Sided Printing section.
  2. Review the configured surcharge.
  3. Update the percentage if your shop uses a different pricing model.
  4. Save changes.

The default double-sided option adds an additional charge when both sides of the sign are printed.

Step 6 – Test Pricing Using Check Pricing
  1. Select Check Pricing.
  2. Choose a yard sign size.
  3. Enter the desired quantity.
  4. Select whether step stakes will be included.
  5. Enable Double-Sided Printing if applicable.
  6. Review the calculated price.

The system automatically references the pricing grid and applies any optional charges.
