Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate Canvas Print Gallery Wrapped.
  3. Select the product to open its configuration settings.
Step 2 – Review Product Configuration Settings
  1. Review the product setup options at the top of the page.
  2. Locate the Cost column, which represents your internal production cost.
  3. Locate the Price column, which represents the amount charged to the customer.
  4. Review any available checkbox options associated with the product setup.

Understanding the relationship between cost and price is important for maintaining accurate margins.

Step 3 – Understand the Grid Structure
  1. Scroll down to the pricing grid.
  2. Review the three data points that drive pricing:
    • Size
    • Edge Option
    • Design
  3. Note how the product is organized:
    • Rows = Size
    • Columns = Edge Options
    • Tabs = Design

This structure is commonly referred to as a 3D Grid Product because pricing is determined by three separate selection criteria.

Step 4 – Configure Quantity Breakpoints (Optional)
  1. Locate the Use Quantity Breakpoint option.
  2. Enable this feature if you plan to sell products in quantity tiers.
  3. Configure pricing levels for different quantities.

Examples may include:

  • Quantity 1
  • Quantity 10
  • Quantity 100

This allows volume-based pricing discounts to be built into the product.

  1. NOTE: Since this product is using Size in the rows of the Grid, you would NOT use this option.
Step 5 – Edit Pricing Directly in the Grid
  1. Navigate to the pricing grid.
  2. Locate the appropriate size row.
  3. Locate the appropriate edge option column.
  4. Update the values directly within the grid cells.
  5. Save your changes.

Each intersecting cell represents the selling price or cost for a specific combination of options.

Step 6 – Export the Grid for Bulk Editing
  1. Locate the Export CSV option.
  2. Export the pricing grid.
  3. Open the CSV file in your preferred spreadsheet application.
  4. Update pricing, costs, or grid values as needed.
  5. Save the file.

This method is often faster when updating multiple pricing entries at once.

Step 7 – Test the Product Using Check Pricing
  1. Click Check Pricing.
  2. Select a Size option.
  3. Select an Edge Option.
  4. Select a Design option.
  5. Review the pricing returned by the system.

The product automatically selects the corresponding cell from the grid based on the combination chosen.

Notes & Tips

🔹 Tip: Export the grid to CSV when making large pricing updates. Bulk editing in a spreadsheet is significantly faster than editing entries one at a time.

🔹 Tip: Use Check Pricing after making changes to verify that pricing is pulling from the correct grid cell.

🔹 Tip: Keep your cost values updated alongside selling prices to maintain accurate profit reporting.

⚠️ Warning: Changing values directly in the grid affects future quotes that use this product.

⚠️ Warning: Ensure imported CSV files maintain the original grid structure. Altering rows, columns, or formatting may cause import errors.

⚠️ Warning: Verify all three data points (Size, Edge Option, and Design) are configured correctly, as the pricing calculation depends on their combined selection.
