  1. Go to "Settings" select "Forms"
  2. From the sidebar select Forms.
  3. From the "Forms" screen you have a selection to choose from on the right-hand side. On the left, the pencil allows you to edit

  1. Company
  2. Invoice
  3. Job
  4. Material
  5. Product
  6. Quote
  7. Sales Order
  8. Vendor

Example: Toggle Fields on the Sales Order Form

  1. Open any Sales Order in your system and navigate to the top section.
  2. Under "Team Assignments," you'll see fields for "Sales Rep" and "Production Manager."

    • Go to Settings > Forms > Sales Order and click the pencil icon.
    • A list of fields will appear, each with a visibility checkbox.
    • Scroll down to find "Sales Rep" and "Production Manager." The blue checkboxes indicate these fields are currently visible.
    • Uncheck the boxes to hide these fields.
    • Scroll to the bottom and click Update Form.
  4. Return to your Sales Order. The fields for "Sales Rep" and "Production Manager" should no longer be visible.
