  3. Understand that pricing is based on:
    • Run Size
    • Stock
    • Colors
  4. Recognize that this product is designed for standardized business card sizes rather than multiple custom size options.

Step 3 – Configure the Grid UI Pricing Table

  1. Review the Grid UI pricing interface.
  2. Enable Cost Column if you would like to display production costs.
  3. Use the Unit Price column to define customer-facing selling prices.

  2. Understand that quantity breakpoints allow pricing ranges such as:
    • 1–250
    • 251–500
    • 501–1000
  3. Determine whether breakpoints are necessary for your workflow.
  4. For standard business card sales sold in predefined box quantities, leave this option disabled unless specifically required.

Step 5 – Configure Grid Data Points

Notes & Tips

🔹 Tip: Use the CSV export feature when entering large amounts of pricing data. Updating prices in a spreadsheet is often faster than manual entry within the grid.

🔹 Tip: Keep run sizes standardized to simplify pricing maintenance and quoting.

⚠️ Warning: This product is designed specifically for 3.5 x 2 business cards. If you plan to offer multiple card sizes, consider using a business card product configured to support size variables.

⚠️ Warning: Verify all run size, stock, and color combinations have pricing entered before making the product available for quoting.
