Steps

Step 1 – Open the Printed Vehicle Wrap Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate Printed Vehicle Wrap in the products list.
  3. Open the product.
  4. Select Configure Pricing.

This product is intended for wraps that cover a significant portion of a vehicle, including full wraps, half wraps, and quarter wraps.

Step 2 – Configure Vehicle Wrap Vinyl Options
  1. Review the available Vehicle Wrap Vinyl materials.
  2. Select the vinyls you want available for estimating.
  3. Edit material names and pricing as needed.
  4. Duplicate existing materials to create additional options.
  5. Enable specialty materials, such as reflective vinyl, if applicable.

The selected vinyls will be available to estimators when quoting vehicle wraps.

Step 3 – Configure Laminate Options
  1. Locate the Laminates section.
  2. Review the available laminate categories.
  3. Select the laminates your shop uses for vehicle wraps.
  4. Edit or duplicate laminates if needed.
  5. Save your changes.

Only selected laminates will appear as available options during quoting.

Step 4 – Configure Window Perf Materials
  1. Locate the Window Perf Vinyl section.
  2. Select the perforated vinyl materials your shop uses.
  3. Configure available options such as:
    • 50/50 Window Perf
    • 60/40 Window Perf
  4. Verify pricing and material details.

These materials will be used when pricing rear window and window graphic coverage.

Step 5 – Configure Window Perf Laminates
  1. Open the Window Perf Laminate section.
  2. Select the laminates appropriate for your perf materials.
  3. Verify pricing and availability.
  4. Save any required adjustments.

Window perf laminates are priced separately from standard wrap laminates.

Step 6 – Configure Installation Complexity Rates
  1. Locate the Installation Complexity section.
  2. Review the available installation categories.
  3. Set square-foot pricing for each complexity level.

Examples include:

  • Simple – Box trucks or flat-sided vehicles.
  • Average – Standard passenger vehicles.
  • Complex – Vehicles with significant contours and compound curves.

Installation pricing is calculated from total covered square footage.

Step 7 – Configure Vehicle Wrap Production Labor
  1. Locate the Vehicle Wrap Labor Rate section.
  2. Review the labor rate assigned to production.
  3. Update pricing if necessary.
  4. Save changes.

This labor covers:

  • Printing
  • Cutting
  • Panel preparation
  • Vinyl production setup

This labor is separate from installation complexity pricing.

Step 8 – Open Check Pricing
  1. Select the Check Pricing tab.
  2. Enter the total Vinyl Area for the vehicle wrap.
  3. Enter the Perf Area if window graphics are being used.
  4. Verify all measurements before calculating pricing.

The area entered should represent the total coverage being wrapped.

  1. Choose the appropriate body wrap vinyl.
  2. Select the matching body laminate.
  3. Choose the window perf material if applicable.
  4. Select the window perf laminate.
  5. Choose the installation complexity level.

The system combines all selected materials and labor rates into the final calculation.

  1. Review the Production Labor Slider.
  2. Leave the slider at the default value for average jobs.
  3. Move the slider higher for:
    • Complex panel layouts
    • Additional cutting requirements
    • Advanced preparation work
  4. Move the slider lower for simple production requirements.

This adjustment affects production labor pricing only.

Step 9 – Complete Vehicle Information
  1. Enter the vehicle details:
    • Year
    • Make
    • Model
    • Vehicle Color
    • Wrap Type
  2. Add any vehicle condition notes.
  3. Document existing:
    • Dents
    • Scratches
    • Missing components
    • Window damage
    • Other pre-existing conditions

These fields are informational and do not impact pricing.

Step 10 – Review the Price Breakdown
  1. Click Price Breakdown.
  2. Review all pricing components.
  3. Verify material selections and square footage calculations.
  4. Confirm labor and installation rates.

The breakdown includes:

  • Vehicle wrap vinyl
  • Vehicle wrap laminate
  • Window perf vinyl
  • Window perf laminate
  • Installation complexity rate
  • Vehicle wrap production labor

This allows you to validate exactly how the final price was generated.
