ShipStation integration

We have added an integration with ShipStation!

You can connect to your ShipStation account and manage all your shipping fulfillment orders from there.  All that is required is to connect your account to your ShipStation account.  Below are the instructions to set this up and how it will work. 

  1. Go to the Shipping section in Settings.
  2. Enable ShipStation - and then add your credentials there and save.
  3. To find you API key and API Secret, this is found in your ShipStation account. Here is a link to their documentation on the API settings - https://www.shipstation.com/docs/api/

With your ShipStation account connected to shopVOX, you will be able to send order details to your ShipStation account and process the fulfillment from there. Here are the steps to do this.

  1. Once you account is connected, you will see an action on SO/INV called, Send to ShipStation.
  2. Whenever you are ready to ship, send the order info to ShipStation by clicking that option. You will see a pop up message - Successfully sent to ShipStation
  3. Check your ShipStation account - it should have the order details.
  4. Once you create a label in ShipStation - the tracking number is sent back to the related transaction in shopVOX.
  5. Go to the SO/INV to check the details and see the shipping tracking number.
  6. From shopVOX you can email the customer and include this shipping tracking.
