We have a clever feature on our Business Intelligence Dashboard under Sales Leads

You can set up Sales Lead Workflows with a Weighted Pipeline.

What is a Weighted Sales Pipeline?

It helps companies to forecast their revenues by providing a an estimate of how much worth of orders are in that particular stage of the pipeline.

You can calculate the value of each deal by multiplying the probability of closing to get a projected value.

The further a deal is in your pipeline, the more likely it'll result in a Sales Order.

How do I see my Sales Leads on the Business Intelligence Dashboard?

  1. Go to a Quote, and click the Pencil Icon under Status

  1. Change the Date for the periods you require, and you will see all the Sales Lead information on the Dashboard.
  2. It will also provide you a total deal value, and also show the weighted value based on the probabilities of conversion at that stage (See below for more info on how to enter weights)

How do I edit my Sales Lead Pipeline?

  1. Go to a Settings, and click the Sales Leads

  1. Click the Edit button (blue pencil) Here you will see the different stages of your Sales Lead process.
  2. Decide on your Sales Lead "Weights" of probability of an order at each given stage (You do not have to use this feature)

How do I move my Sales Leads to a different stage in the Pipeline?

  1. Go to a Sales Leads by clicking this icon
  1. You will now see your Sales Leads - you can view this in different ways. This shows the card view filter.
  1. Click on the title of a Sales Lead, this will take you into the Sales Lead information. You will see the Pipeline at the top, which is where you can click which stage it is at things progress.
