Introducing shopVOX Go!

shopVOX Go! is a mobile application available for both IOS and Android platforms, designed to seamlessly integrate with your shopVOX account. This app empowers you to conveniently access your account, facilitating order updates, obtaining signatures, and adding photos on the go. With shopVOX Go!, you can stay connected to your account without being tethered to your desk. All modifications made through the app are instantly reflected in real-time on your account.

Key Features of shopVOX Go!:

  1. MyVOX Dashboard: Gain a comprehensive overview of your transactions and access them directly from your mobile device.
  2. Sales Order Updates: Effortlessly search and update steps on the Job board for enhanced efficiency.
  3. Assets Management: Upload photos to a transaction and seamlessly view existing assets.
  4. Scan Functionality: Scan Job PDF QR Codes to access specific jobs and process them step by step.
  5. Signatures: Facilitate customer signatures or acknowledge item deliveries on transactions effortlessly.

shopVOX - Connecting to Account & Features:

Please note that shopVOX Go! is exclusively compatible with a valid shopVOX subscription. To access the app, simply download it and log in, following the same straightforward steps as you would on the web app. This simplified login procedure ensures quick and easy access to your shopVOX account through shopVOX Go!

Logging In:

MyVox dashboard

Upon logging in, you'll notice that the Home icon, located at the bottom left, serves as the gateway to your MyVOX dashboard. This personalized dashboard provides a centralized hub where you can conveniently access all jobs assigned to you. Utilize this feature to stay organized and efficiently manage your tasks directly from the MyVOX dashboard.

Sales Order updates

The displayed screenshot showcases the Job page specifically designed for Sales orders. Within this interface, users can effortlessly update the various steps using the intuitive Play, Stop, and Complete icons. Importantly, any modifications made through these actions will be automatically synchronized with the Job board on the web app. This feature proves particularly advantageous for users operating in the field or engaged in on-site work, ensuring a swift and seamless process for managing jobs with efficiency.

Assets

Effortlessly manage your assets within the app by either viewing existing ones or adding new ones. This can be achieved by either capturing a photo in real-time or selecting from your photo library, providing you with flexibility and convenience in maintaining a comprehensive collection of assets associated with your transactions.

Scan

This particular feature is designed to streamline job processing in production by leveraging a QR code embedded within the job PDF. The job PDF, illustrated in the provided format, prominently displays the QR code in the top right-hand corner. Think of this functionality as a modern replacement for traditional barcode scanners, offering an efficient and technologically advanced method for seamlessly navigating and processing jobs in production.

Click the icon on the bottom of the app and you can scan this QR code on the Job PDF. 

Upon scanning the QR code, the app will present a detailed overview of the job, including essential information such as the job name, quantity, and the sequential steps required for processing. This user-friendly interface allows you to manage the job efficiently.

To progress through the job steps, simply click on the respective step name, such as "Print" or "Quality Control." Within each step, you can initiate, pause, or complete the task by selecting the corresponding icon buttons: Start, Stop, or Complete. This intuitive functionality empowers users to navigate and execute each step of the job with ease and precision.

Each interaction with the icons directly influences the real-time update of the job in shopVOX. This seamless integration ensures that as you press these icons, reflecting the progress with Start, Stop, or Complete actions, the corresponding changes are instantly mirrored within the shopVOX system. Consider this app functionality as a digital counterpart to the traditional analog barcode scanning and processing system employed by sizable automated enterprises, offering a technologically advanced and efficient solution for managing job processes in real time.

Signature

Facilitating a streamlined delivery process, this feature enables you to obtain customer signatures upon delivering items, akin to the signature collection process employed by services like UPS during deliveries that require authentication.

To access this functionality, click on the designated icon located at the bottom of the screen labelled "search." Upon selecting this icon, a screen will appear, presenting a search interface. Here, you can efficiently search for any Quote, Sales order, or Invoice within shopVOX. Simply select the relevant transaction from the list to proceed with the signature collection process, enhancing the overall delivery experience for both you and your customers.

Upon selecting the desired transaction, the screen will display a detailed view featuring the line items associated with that specific transaction. To initiate the signature collection process for specific items, simply click the checkbox located on the left-hand side of the corresponding line items. This allows you to customize and choose the specific items for which you require a signature upon delivery. The streamlined checkbox selection ensures a straightforward and efficient process for managing signatures and tracking deliveries within the app.

Then click the link, Take signature... and this screen will popup where your customer can sign it on the device itself.

Upon completing the signature and entering the individual's name, click on the "Save Signature" button. In the event that geo-code tracking has not been enabled, a prompt may appear, requesting permission to record the geographical location of the signature. It is essential to "Allow" or "Accept" this request, as it enables your phone to capture the location where the signature was obtained. This geo-code tracking feature serves as a valuable tool for monitoring and confirming the delivery location.

Furthermore, the signed PDF document is automatically saved within shopVOX, linked to the corresponding transaction. To access this data, navigate to your shopVOX account, open the relevant transaction.
