White Label the cPortal

For those of you that have Online Ordering and have setup Customer Portals (cPortals) on your website.. You might be interested in the White Label Upgrade.

The difference between the regular cPortal and a White Label cPortal, is it has your branding.

Instructions on how to set this up

Here are the steps to make this operational. Gain access to the back-end of your website, and then input specific details that enable the hosting of the shopVOX cPortal on your website... and there you have it! Your branding is now incorporated!

Step One

You've made the choice to white-label your cPortals—customized with your brand! The initial step is to get in touch with us. Our engineers will perform server configurations, and we will provide you with the relevant information.

Step Two

The following screenshots will be using a Godaddy account.

Step Three

Under the Records section, choose the option to create a new record:

Select CNAME as the Type

For Host - enter any name you like, it could be shop or portal. You can include a period (.) but not as the first or last character. Consecutive periods (...) are not allowed. The host cannot exceed 25 characters or be the @ symbol

For Points to - direct your subdomain to portal.shopvox.com

Click Save

Step Four

Notify us at support@shopvox.com with a screen shot, when this is done and then we will send one more entry to make. We will send you the last step to setup, since this is specific to your shopVOX account.

When you create a cPortal, your customer will now have a cPortal that will have your

web address.
