Aaron Aldrich Updated by Aaron Aldrich

Introduction

Apparel production often requires additional service charges beyond the garment itself. The Apparel Simple Charge products allow you to easily add common fees such as color changes, PMS color matching, digitizing, and design time as standalone line items on quotes and orders. This article is designed to supplement the video below, with terminology and steps aligned directly to the walkthrough demonstrated.

Notes & Tips

🔹 Tip: Use standalone charge products to keep setup and service fees clearly separated from production charges.

🔹 Tip: Review digitizing and artwork rates regularly to ensure they reflect current labor costs.

🔹 Tip: Separate design fees from production pricing to improve quote transparency for customers.

⚠️ Warning: Updating pricing on these products will affect future quotes and orders that use them.

⚠️ Warning: Be consistent with color change and color match charges so customer pricing remains predictable.
