In shopVOX, having a consistent and customizable color palette can streamline tasks across various workflows. The Color Picker feature allows users to define, save, and reuse custom colors across different parts of the app, such as tags, job boards, and more. By saving frequently used colors, you can maintain brand consistency and simplify your workflow. Here’s how to get started with the Color Picker and make the most of this feature.

Instructions

  1. Access the Color Picker:
    • Navigate to Settings > Workflow > Colors.
      This section is dedicated to color management within shopVOX.
  2. Define Your Custom Colors:
    • Click "+ Add New Color" to create a new color for your shopVOX system.
    • In the Color Picker, choose your desired color or enter a specific color code for accuracy.
    • Fill in the Name field with a memorable name for easy identification.
    • Once you're satisfied with your choice, click "Save Color" to add it to your palette.
  3. Review Your Saved Colors:
    • After saving, your new color will appear in the Colors list, ready for use across shopVOX.
    • To apply a saved color, simply select it whenever the Color Picker option is available within tags, jobs, or other customizable elements in the app.

The Color Picker in shopVOX offers a convenient way to save and use colors consistently across your projects.
