Appointment Cards Digital Golden Product Setup and Pricing

Introduction

The Appointment Cards Digital product uses a Grid UI pricing structure to manage appointment card pricing based on quantity, stock/sides, and size. This setup makes it easy to maintain standardized pricing and quickly generate accurate quotes for customers ordering appointment card sets.

Steps

Step 1 – Access the Appointment Cards Digital Product
  1. Navigate to Settings > Products.
  2. Select Appointment Cards Digital.
  3. Review the Configure Pricing and Check Pricing sections.
Step 2 – Review Grid Pricing Settings
  1. Locate the pricing options above the grid.
  2. Enable Show Cost if you want to view the production or vendor cost.
  3. Review the Unit Price column, which displays the customer selling price.
  4. Leave Quantity Breakpoints disabled when selling appointment cards in fixed box quantities such as 250, 500, or 1,000.

Step 3 – Understand the 3D Grid Structure

  1. Review the 3D Grid configuration.
  2. Understand the three pricing variables:
    • Quantity
    • Stock and Sides
    • Size
  3. Recognize that the grid functions similarly to a spreadsheet:
    • Rows represent Quantities.
    • Columns represent Stock and Sides.
    • Tabs represent Sizes.

Step 4 – Configure Quantities

  1. Review the quantity rows within the grid.
  2. Enter or update the box quantities you sell, such as:
    • 250
    • 500
    • 1,000
    • Additional quantities as needed
  3. Verify pricing has been entered for each quantity level.

Step 5 – Configure Stock and Side Options

  1. Review the available Stock and Sides configurations.
  2. Verify the default option is configured correctly.
  3. By default, this product uses:
    • Gloss Front
    • Uncoated Back
    • Full Color Front and Back (4/4)
  4. Add additional stock and side combinations if needed.
  5. Examples may include:
    • 4/1 (Full Color Front, Black & White Back)
    • 4/0 (Full Color Front, Blank Back)

Step 6 – Export and Import Pricing Data

  1. Click Export CSV to download the pricing grid.
  2. Update pricing information in the spreadsheet.
  3. Save the completed file.
  4. Import the CSV back into shopVOX PRO.
  5. Verify all pricing values imported correctly.

Step 7 – Test Pricing Using Check Pricing

  1. Navigate to the Check Pricing section.
  2. Select a Quantity.
  3. Select the desired Stock and Sides option.
  4. Select the appropriate Size.
  5. Review the calculated price generated by the system.

Step 8 – Use Quantity Multipliers on Quotes

  1. Add the Appointment Cards Digital product to a quote.
  2. Select the appointment card set size being sold.
    • Example: 500 Appointment Cards
  3. Use the quantity field to specify how many sets the customer needs.
  4. For example, if five employees each require a box of 500 cards:
    • Select the 500-card product option.
    • Enter a quantity of 5.
  5. Review the final calculated price.
Notes & Tips

🔹 Tip: Use the CSV export/import feature when updating multiple pricing values. This is often faster than editing prices directly in the grid.

🔹 Tip: Keep appointment card quantities standardized to simplify pricing maintenance and quoting.

⚠️ Warning: If pricing is missing for a quantity, stock, or size combination, pricing may not calculate as expected.

⚠️ Warning: Quantity breakpoints are typically unnecessary for appointment card products sold as fixed sets. Ensure the correct pricing method is being used.
