What is shopVOX Pay?

Purpose built payments for sign, print, and apparel shops

shopVOX Pay is the native payment processor built directly into shopVOX. It is designed specifically for production based shops that need flexible payment workflows, terminal based transactions, and secure transaction handling without relying on disconnected third party tools.

Accept credit card and ACH payments directly inside shopVOX. Those transactions automatically attach to jobs, invoices, and customers, eliminating manual reconciliation and double entry.

Availability: shopVOX Pay is currently available to North American users only.

How to get started with shopVOX Pay

  1. Apply for shopVOX Pay (For Over 2 million Yearly Revenue and Canadian customers) For less than 2 milion in Yearly Revenue, skip to step 3, which is located in your settings -> Connect to Payment Gateway section.
    Complete the shopVOX Pay merchant application form. Processing times may vary.
    (Please note, uploading incorrect data or missing statements can prolong this time. After fully submitting this form, the payments team will reach out within 2-3 business days with your proposal for review. *Sometimes the statements provided are not the correct ones and may delay the proposal. Emails will come from @fullsteam.com emails.)
  2. Review and Accept
    Expect a formal proposal via email providing your rates and details. Please be sure to be alert for an email with this proposal to avoid any delays. It needs to be approved by you once you review the rates and details.
  3. Submit Underwriting Information for a shopVOX Pay MID (Under 2 Million in Yearly Revenue, START HERE)
    Once proposal approval is received, the next step is to apply for a Merchant ID (MID) via the email link. If under 2 Million in Yearly Revenue, access the application in Settings -> Connect to Payment Gateway) Approval typically takes 3-5 business days from date of completed submission.
  4. Approval
    You will receive your Merchant ID (MID) from shopVOX Pay.
  5. Activate and Accept Payments
    Our team will activate your shopVOX Pay MID.
    Once the MID is activated, you are ready to start processing payments!
    Confirm that you are connected by visiting Settings -> Connect to Payment Gateway and view the green circle check mark for successful connection.
shopvox pay active
Any previous payment links sent to customers prior to shopVOX Pay will automatically convert to shopVOX Pay. You do not need to take any further action.
