Steps

Step 1 – Open the Print Cut Digital Vinyl Graphics Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate Print Cut Digital Vinyl Graphics in the product list.
  3. Open the product.
  4. Select Configure Pricing.
Step 2 – Configure Digital Vinyl Options
  1. Review the available Digital Vinyl materials.
  2. Select the vinyls appropriate for your production process.
  3. Edit material names if needed.
  4. Update pricing as required.
  5. Duplicate materials to create additional vinyl options.

The vinyl section controls the printable media available when pricing digital vinyl graphics.

Step 3 – Configure Laminate Options
  1. Scroll to the Laminates section.
  2. Review the available laminate categories.
  3. Select the laminates you want available during quoting.
  4. Save any pricing or naming changes as needed.

Available laminate categories may include:

  • Calendared
  • Cast
  • Digital Vinyl
  • Optically Clear

Only laminates that are selected will appear in the pricing dropdown.

Step 4 – Configure Production Labor
  1. Navigate to the Default Item section.
  2. Review the production labor item.
  3. Update labor pricing if required.
  4. Save your changes.

  • Printing
  • Laminating
  • Cutting
  • Production preparation
Step 5 – Open Check Pricing
  1. Select the Check Pricing tab.
  2. Enter the dimensions of the graphic.
  3. Verify the width and height values.

Example:

  • Width: 4 ft
  • Height: 4 ft

The system will calculate pricing based on total square footage.

  1. Choose the desired vinyl material.
  2. Select a laminate if required.
  3. Leave the laminate blank if lamination is not needed.

The selected materials directly impact the calculated selling price.

Step 6 – Review the Price Breakdown
  1. Click Price Breakdown.
  2. Review the calculated material and labor costs.
  3. Verify the selected vinyl and laminate.
  4. Confirm the square footage calculations.

The price breakdown displays:

  • Vinyl square footage
  • Laminate square footage (if selected)
  • Production labor
