Steps

Step 1 – Locate the Design Package Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Locate the Design Package Golden Product in your product list.
  3. Open the product.
  4. Select Configure Pricing.
Step 2 – Review the Grid Pricing Structure
  1. Open the Configure Pricing section.
  2. Review the available design package options.
  3. Note that the product uses a 1D Grid (one-dimensional grid).
  4. Verify the package types listed in the grid.

Each package represents a single selectable design service level.

Step 3 – Export and Import Pricing Using CSV Files
  1. Click Export to download the pricing grid.
  2. Open the CSV file in Excel.
  3. Update package names, costs, or pricing.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Return to shopVOX.
  6. Click Import and upload the updated CSV file.

This process can be significantly faster than manually updating multiple pricing entries within the grid.

Step 4 – Customize Package Names and Descriptions
  1. Edit the package options in the grid.
  2. Rename package levels as desired.
  3. Add descriptions that explain what is included in each package.
  4. Save the product.
