Steps

Step 1 – Locate the Ready to Apply Vinyl Product
  1. Navigate to Settings → Products.
  2. Search for Ready to Apply Vinyl.
  3. Open the Ready to Apply Vinyl Golden Product.
  4. Select Configure Pricing.
Step 2 – Configure Available Vinyl Materials
  1. Review the available vinyl categories.
  2. Select the vinyl materials you want available for quoting.
  3. Enable only the vinyl types your shop uses regularly.
  4. Save any material selections or updates.

Common vinyl categories may include:

  • Opaque Plotter Vinyl
  • Reflective Vinyl
  • Translucent Plotter Vinyl

Only selected materials will be available during pricing calculations.

Step 3 – Configure Production Labor
  1. Locate the Default Item section.

  1. Locate the Number of Colors field.

  1. Choose the appropriate vinyl material from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select or enter the vinyl color descriptions being used.
  3. Verify the selected material matches the intended application.

Documenting color information helps maintain production accuracy.

Step 5 – Review the Price Breakdown
  1. Open the Price Breakdown section.
  2. Review the calculated material costs.
  3. Verify square footage calculations.
  4. Review the labor cost generated by the production labor rate.
  5. Confirm the final selling price.

The breakdown displays:

  • Vinyl material usage
  • Square footage
  • Material cost
  • Labor cost
  • Total calculated price
