How To Add A New Scheduling User In shopVOX

Learn how to efficiently add new scheduling users into your shopVOX Pro account. While scheduling users cannot log into shopVOX, it is a valuable production management tool that can be used for scheduling, planning and organizing views.

Access Team Settings

  1. Click Settings icon
  1. Click "Invite Team Members"
  1. Click "Add New User"

Configure User Profile

  1. Click Type dropdown
  1. Select "Scheduling" type
  1. Type the user name in "Name" field
  1. Type an optional title in "Title" field
  1. Click Calendar Color field by clicking on the "Calendar Color" field
  1. Select preferred calendar color for this installer by clicking on the color
  1. Select "Installer" responsibilities checkbox to enable functionality to assign "Install" steps to this scheduled user if this user is an installer
This selection in the "Responsibilities" section determines whether or not this user is visible in the Installer drop down menu for Team Assignments on a job and if the user is available or not in the Installs calendar.
  1. Click "Save User"
