Tracking Partially Fulfilled Apparel Orders in shopVOX

Managing apparel orders can be a challenge, especially when you’re dealing with partial shipments or waiting for stock to arrive. Staying on top of what’s been delivered versus what still needs to be produced can quickly become overwhelming.

To simplify this process, shopVOX has introduced a powerful new feature: Tracking Partially Fulfilled Items for Apparel. This feature allows you to clearly monitor how many items have been fulfilled for your customer, keeping your orders organized and your workflow efficient.

How to Track Fulfilled Items in a Sales Order

Here’s how you can use the new feature from your Sales Order screen:

  1. From the Blue Action Button:
    • Click the Blue Action Button at the top of the Sales Order.
    • Select Mark Fulfilled to mark the entire order as fulfilled.
  2. For Individual Line Items:
    • Locate the apparel item within the Sales Order.
    • Click the Three Dots Menu next to the line item.
    • Select Mark Fulfilled to bring up the fulfillment screen for that specific item.
  3. Updating Fulfillment Details:
    • On the Mark Fulfilled screen, choose your fulfillment type adjust the numbers to indicate how many items have been fulfilled.
    • Click Mark Fulfilled to save your changes.
  4. Viewing Fulfillment Status:
    • From the Sales Order, you’ll see a new section that displays the fulfillment status of each item.
    • The order status will also update to reflect the partial or complete fulfillment.

Tracking Partially Fulfilled Items

If some items in the order have been partially delivered, you can easily revisit their fulfillment details:

  • A Partially Picked Up icon will appear next to the line item.
  • Clicking this icon takes you back to the Mark Fulfilled screen, where you can adjust the fulfillment numbers as needed.

This ensures you always have an up-to-date view of what’s been shipped or picked up, and what remains outstanding.
