We recently turned on a flag for all Pro accounts in Setting > Transactions > Quotes section > "Online Quote Review By Customer"This feature has been available for years, but this may not have been turned on in your account.If you are familiar with our Online Proof approval feature on the job board, this works the same way! You can email a quote to a customer for them to Approve or Reject it.When the Quote review is sent and they open it, you will see that it has been opened, just like the online Proof feature.Here is an article explaining how this works. https://shopvox-pro.helpdocs.io/article/avhotlqqzj-transactions-new-quote#customer_review_emailsYou can find this option in the Blue button menu on a Quote page. Instead of sending an email with a PDF attachement(old school), use the Send Review Email option and streamline your Quote Closing process!
