But did you know that shopVOX also offers a free Customer Portal (cPortal), designed to strengthen the connection between you and your customers? This free cPortal provides a seamless way for your clients to interact with their orders, review jobs, and approve proofs—right from their own dashboard. While it shares many features with the powerful paid Ecommerce add-on, the free version focuses on enhancing communication and transparency by allowing customers to track their jobs and transactions, without displaying products for purchase.
Imagine giving your clients access to a custom, branded portal where they can stay updated on every aspect of their order, without needing to reach out directly. The free cPortal provides that touch of professionalism and self-service, making your business feel larger and more efficient. And when you're ready to take things further, the paid Ecommerce version offers even more customization, including the ability to display and sell your products, all with tailored pricing per customer.
By unlocking the potential of the cPortal, you’re not just offering convenience—you’re building trust and creating an elevated customer experience that will set your business apart.
How to Enable the Free cPortal for a Customer:
- Go to Customers
- From the main toolbar, select "Customers."

- Open Customer Information

- Click the link at the top of the page to return to the Customer screen.

- Order Status: Customers can view all orders that are in process from their dashboard.
- Job Board: They can access their job board to track ongoing jobs.
- Transactions: All transactions specific to the logged-in user can be viewed.
- Proof Approvals: Customers can review, reject, or approve proofs directly from the cPortal.
