In this article we will review the List and description of each Products we have built for the three different geographical areas world wide. These databases were established based on the measurement units and terms in those areas.

Your database was determined when you signed up and where you are located. You will not need to choose. It was set to the correct one when you initially signed up.

This list is subdivided into three industries: Signage, Apparel and Commercial Printing.

Signage

• Banner
  • This product allows you to enter the dimensions, choose the banner material and add information like grommet spacing, hems, pole pockets and double sided. Additional banner materials can be added.

    

• Business Cards - Standard - 3.5 x 2
  • This is a 'grid' based product that allow you to select the number of cards in the box, paper type and printing colors(4/0, 4/1, 4/4) The grid table will allow you to add your option as needed.

    

• Color Change Vehicle Wrap
  • This product is for color match/color change of a vehicle. Priced by SqFt by entering area of the wrap, selecting the vinyl color and installation complexity. Vinyl colors and installation complexity selections can be changed or added.

    

• Field Installation
  • This product is a simple hourly charge based on the quantity of hours. Install rate can be changed.

    

• Flatbed Digital Print
  • This product allow you to enter the dimensions, choose the substrate and optional laminate. Substrates and laminates can be added and exiting one can be adjusted.

    

• Magnetic Signs
  • This product can be used for temporary/removable vehicle branding or small format magnetics. The material name can be edited and pricing adjusted as needed.

    

• Print Area per Sqft
  • This product is simple per SqFt printing by height and width. There are no materials listed for this product.

    

• Printed/Cut Decals
  • This product is used for small format digitally printed graphics with the ability to enter dimensions, select the vinyl and laminate(optional). The materials list can be changed or added in the Vinyl and Laminate dropdown lists.

    

• Printed/Cut Digital Vehicle Graphics
  • This product is used to price small format printed logos and text to be applied to a vehicle, by entering the size of the graphic, choosing the vinyl and laminate. Vinyl and laminate drop down lists can be changed or added to.

    

• Printed/Cut Digital Vinyl Graphics
  • This product use case is for walls, windows and floors. Similar to the Printed/Cut Decals product you have the ability to enter dimensions, select the vinyl and laminate(optional). The materials list can be changed or added in the Vinyl and Laminate dropdown lists.

    

• Printed Vehicle Wrap
  • This product is used for Full or partial wraps by entering the Vinyl area and/or Perf area and selecting the vinyl and laminates for each. You can also enter the Installation complexity based on your installation rates.

    

• Ready-To-Apply Vinyl
  • Also referred to a RTA, this is for plotter vinyl graphics. Vinyl materials list can be edited and additional vinyls can be added as needed.

    

• Retractable Banner Stand
  • This product is for simple tradeshow banner displays. Banner stand models and materials can be edited and add as needed.

    

• Rigid Sign w/ Cut Vinyl Graphics
  • This product can be used to create several different signs that require a substrate, vinyl and maybe hardware using plotter vinyl. The lists of materials can be adjusted/added/removed as needed.

    

• Rigid Sign w/ Digitally Printed Graphics
  • This product can be used to create several different signs that require a substrate, vinyl, lamination and maybe hardware using digitally printed vinyl. The lists of materials can be adjusted/added/removed as needed.

    

• Wide Format Digital Print
  • Wide or Grand Format printing is typically done with media 60” or more, including material widths up to 16’. Materials in the dropdown lists can be adjusted as needed.

    

• Yard Signs
  • This is a grid product for screen printed coroplast signs. The grid can be adjusted to add your standard sizes and quantity price breaks as needed.

    

Apparel

NOTE: Any Product labeled '- Apparel' works in conjunction with the Catalog section. The Product itself will have a Variant Grid table that can be adjusted to your pricing for the decoration of the apparel item.

• Color Change
  • This product is used as a line item to charge for changing the thread color or ink color as a separate charge from the actual apparel product. This is a simple product that allows you to change the rate.

    

• Color Match
  • This product is similar to Color change. This difference is this is for an ink color match for screen printing. This is a simple product that allows you to set the rate.

    

• Design - Hourly
  • This is a simple hourly charge that you can set the hourly rate for design.

    

• Design - Package
  • This product allows you to create design packages and set the prices for each package.

    

• Digitizing
  • This product is a simple line item charge and you can set the rate for the charge.

  

• DTG - Apparel
  • NOTE: This product works in conjunction with the Catalog section. The Product itself will have a Variant Grid table that can be adjusted to your pricing for the decoration of the apparel item.

  • This product can be used for various types of decoration. ie. A screen printed location and an Embroidery location on the same apparel item.

    

• Promotional Product
  • This product is use to price promotional item and include setup charges, run charges, shipping, color changes, etc. NOTE: In the US you can connect to Sage Promo vendor and search for products.

    

    

• Rush fee
  • The product will add a flat fee for rush orders. The rate can be change as needed.

    

• Screen Printing - Apparel
  • NOTE: This product works in conjunction with the Catalog section. The Product itself will have a Variant Grid table that can be adjusted to your pricing for the decoration of the apparel item.
  • Additional Break points and Tabs can be created as needed

    

• Shipping
  • The product is used to add shipping to an order. The rate is manually entered and handling charges can be added as well. The details for the shipping service and tracking number can be entered as well.

    

Commercial printing

• Digitally Printed Vinyl
  • This product use case is for walls, windows and floors. You have the ability to enter dimensions, select the vinyl and laminate(optional) and Contour cut. The materials list can be changed or added in the Vinyl and Laminate dropdown lists.

    

• Field Installation
  • This product is a simple hourly charge based on the quantity of hours. Install rate can be changed.

    

• Field Installation (2 installers)
  • This product is an hourly rate for installation and also has an option to add machine rates for equipment needed for the install.

    

• Graphic Design
  • This is a simple hourly charge that you can set the hourly rate for design.
